Monte Carma was born in Monte Carlo, Monaco in December 2010 with a mission to promote mental and physical well-being and health.
Our philosophy is based on the idea that you can find calm and peaceful place within yourself - not by doing more but by doing less.
We are not here to add more tasks to your to-do list. Instead, we aim to help you connect your mind, body, and soul. Our approach is informed by the latest research in the field, as well as ancient techniques that science has only recently begun to acknowledge. With over 20 years of experience working with clients from all over the world, we are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being."

After almost 20 years abroad, Birgitta now lives in Charlottenlund and works as a Psychomotor Therapist, which is a professional Bachelor's degree program that lasts for three and a half years.
Birgitta has lived in several countries, including India where she studied yoga and breath work in its traditional form. Later, she moved to the South of France where she established her own company and taught yoga to individuals and groups in Monaco and the surrounding areas. She has always had a holistic approach with a keen focus on the connection between the body, mind, and soul.
As a psychomotor therapist, Birgitta combines her knowledge of both psychology, anatomy, and physiology to provide specialized treatments that address the connection between these areas. She also places a strong emphasis on breathing, believing that good breath is the key to good health and increased well-being. As a result, she integrates breathing techniques into both her treatments and teachings, which increases awareness of breathing and provides opportunities to regulate the nervous system.
